How a remodel actually goes
- Walk-through with you. What do you want different? Are there things that don't work about the current layout? Budget range?
- Selections. We help you pick cabinets, counters, tile, and fixtures within your budget — or you can bring your own and we'll install. Most clients want a mix.
- Written scope & price. Itemized: demo, framing, plumbing, electric, drywall, tile, paint, install. Plus a calendar showing what happens on which days.
- Permits if required. Hamilton County permits for plumbing/electrical changes — we pull them.
- Demo & rough-in. The disruptive week. Then rough plumbing, rough electric, inspections.
- Drywall, tile, cabinets, counters, paint, finish plumbing & electric. In that order, usually.
- Punch-list walk-through. Final cleaning, any last fixes, your sign-off.
Materials & suppliers
We work with local suppliers for cabinets (Wellborn, KraftMaid, and a couple of regional shops for semi-custom) and granite/quartz fabricators in Chattanooga. Tile from Floor & Decor, Daltile, or your specialty shop of choice. We don't push a single brand — we recommend based on your budget and how the kitchen gets used.
Timeline & budget
A typical full bathroom remodel runs 3–5 weeks. A mid-range kitchen remodel is 6–10 weeks, longer if you're moving walls or relocating plumbing. We give a calendar in the estimate, and we update it weekly if anything shifts. Most kitchen budgets we see in Chattanooga land between $30K–$80K depending on cabinet level and counter material — we'll be honest about where your wish list lands.

We've remodeled kitchens and baths across Chattanooga, Hixson, and Signal Mountain. Older homes in Red Bank and Soddy-Daisy often need plumbing or electrical updates as part of the remodel — we handle that without sub'ing it out to a separate company you have to chase.
